Who is Brig Hart? He is a legend in the network marketing business. He’s achieved huge success in two different companies: Amway and MonaVie. But before we go into that too much, let’s talk about his up-bringing. Brig Hart grew up in Florida. He was born in 1952 to the parents of Bob and Cornelia Hart. He was their second child. He has three siblings.
As a child he had the entrepreneurial spirit. He probably got this from his father. Brig owned three cars before he was sixteen years old. Brig Hart was always very self-motivated and hard working. His friends and family described him as a visionary, even from a young age. After graduating high school, he was drafted into the US Marine Corps. He served honorably for two years in 1970-1971.
After leaving the Marine Corps, he returned to Florida and started Hart’s Surf Shop with his friend Dave in 1973. He owned the shop for five years, until the economy went sour. The business closed down in 1978. At this point in his life, Brig became depressed and struggled. Soon thereafter, he was first exposed to the concept of network marketing. He was very excited about the concept, but failed. He struggled quite a bit in the beginning.
It was around this point in his life that Brig accepted the Lord and became a Christian. He credits that as a major factor in the transformation of his network marketing business. Not long after that, Brig Hart met his wife Rita at a business opportunity meeting. They were married four and a half months later. They are still married today and they have three children together.
Together, Brig and Rita built a very successful Amway business. From what I found online, they reached the Double Diamond achievement level. After some disputes (and a lawsuit) with the company, his distributorship was terminated by Amway/Quixtar in 2005. After their shakeup in the Amway business, Brig and Lita started looking for new business opportunities. They searched the Internet for liquid vitamin companies and came across the company Monavie.
MonaVie is a network marketing company that produces high quality liquid nutrition products. It started in 2005 and has seen phenomenal growth. Their signature product is their acai berry drinks. The acai berry is found exclusively in the Amazon. It is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
After conducting their due diligence, Brig flew out to Salt Lake City, Utah to meet with the CEO of MonaVie, Dallin Larsen. Shortly thereafter, the Hart’s decided to team up with MonaVie. When he returned home from Salt Lake City, he gave each of his seven neighbors a bottle of the MonaVie juice. Because of his neighbors’ enthusiasm for the drink, Brig started holding tasting parties and one-on-one presentations with his neighbors. His business took off immediately.
Since then he has attained the rank of Crown Ambassador. More importantly, he has personally helped hundreds of people become financially independent with MonaVie. He is a true leader, visionary and mentor. After achieving big success, Brig realized the need to standardize the training for his downline.Therefore, Brig started his own training system, R3Global.
R3Global is a 21st century support system that provides the teaching and training of what to do, how to do it properly and why you should do it the R3Global way. That information came from his personal website. The system has received some controversy for its similarities to Amway’s training systems.
Despite some of the criticisms, you can’t deny his success. Brig is the most successful distributor in MonaVie. Obviously, his training system works.
